Hubbard, I wouldn't hit that 12 on your 13. I don't know why they call it a rare case either. Sounds too risky in my book. |

Hey Mike, The Venetian is REALLY nice but......DO NOT TOUCH YOUR CARDS!!!! I saw a foreign guy get thrown out of there for doing that after they told him not to a couple of times. Also hold on to your wad. I didn't see too many players with any sort of streaks, including me. I also notice they are very close watching their cards. They changed cards for unknwon reasons a couple of times while I was there, and it was only for a couple of hours. Go to the Delmonico Steak House(Emeril's place!). Expensive but worth it! Good luck. P.S. Check out the Mirage's BJ tables. They treated me REAL GOOD! I walked out with 20 times my money. |

This is the best BJ site on the net. Is is possible to incorpoate a betting strategy in to the game? |

So..what's the deal? Do I hit 13 with on a dealer 12 or not?
What makes this a rare case? |

Fun for me is when I walk away in the "black with little speckles" |

I agree in one point, BJ should be fun, and it is for me. Fun is also learning as much as possible about the game and it’s different strategies, and sharing information with all other that love the game as much as you. All this being said, for me anyway, when I walk away from the table on the upside, “fun” is intensified. No matter what the upside amount is, it defiantly is more fun when you’re in the “green”. |

Karado Kid. CVCX? You are getting way to complicated. Play the game and forget about your chart. If you have to worry this much about the game how can you have any fun? |

I want input info from a chart, plus amount of bankroll, amount of bet, casino rules, etc. I then want to have the simulator play a certain number of hands (100 or 200…NOT millions) and output the data to a chart.
Basically I want to adjust a chart to manipulate the loss curve and the profit curve and dept of a specific bankroll and have this appear in a chart output, based on manipulation of the Basic Strategy.
Nothing complicated…any recommendations?
CVCX, I was told does what I need; just wondering if CVCX is not overkill for the basic simulations I need to run!?

Blade, when you bet, put the money in front of you in the little square, or circle... that's how you bet. ok? |

I have found that splitting 2's on everything except a dealers ace brings more wins than losses. I have been playing the tables for 14 years so I'm no newcomer to Black Jack. Try this out and let me know how you do. I've told numerous people about this while playing and they agree w/me after they've tried it. I know it sounds silly but if something works, go with it! |

Just got back from a six day trip to Vegas last week.
Been going for 17 years now, and it's really changed this time.
Lots of single deck games, that they tout as "better". but be careful, as these
don't pay the usual 3/2 on blackjacks,,rather now they all
pay 6/5, terrible payout. Saw these games all
over the Strip. Hotels were
packed, casinos empty at all
hours, even the "big names".
Many $10 games, few $25 games,
guess the economy is making
people more careful. |

Congrats. on your win. Not many of the small limit tables left in Vegas.
I am going to Vegas in Sept. to play in the 1,000,000 Blackjack tournament at the Hilton.
Now that would be the one to win....
Wife booked the flight, we leave on ......9/11 |

Just returned from vegas using your rules, 52 sessions on 2 or 3 dollar tables I come out ahead 110 dollars. Besides playing basic stratigy, I know enough to quit when I am well ahead, and when I get behind I get as close to even as I can and quit the session. I have won small ammounts of money on 50 or more sessions for the last 5 years, using basic strategy and hit and run play. |
