  • Hi Folks

Which version of blackjack for on line play is best :?: I know that single decks can be found on the net, but out of the micro gaming offered games: Vegas Downtown, Vegas Strip, European Blackjack, or Atlantic City Blackjack, which one is the one to go for :?:

  • Dont play online Blackjack.

    A) None of the above
  • Good Answer, Bughouse.

Most of us don't play or recommend online BJ. Online BJ is viewed very
negatively by most knowledgeable American BJ players. I don't think
players believe that they can give you any creditable non-biased advice.

  • What really are the hard reasons for this? I mean, I agree, I don't think it's a wise choice, but in my case it's because I feel I don't really know what's going on at the other end of the connection. Could be rigged, could be biased, programmed to catch wins and adjust percentages, and just total BS (and I don't mean Basic Strategy). I just don't trust it. Plus there's the factor of a hard record of your wins or losses that I'm not comfortable with.

But I just wondered what reasons others had for avoiding this.
  • Hi, Colin.
Online BJ is not that awful as one may think.
If you're willing to give it a try, then best choice would be Cryptologic-powered casinos. I personally play at Intercasino ($ version), William Hill ($ and GBP versions). Sweetest part of the play are monthly bonuses - that's the target of many online players. All you have to do is to meet wagering requirements before cashing-in.
I know some guys who making in average 2500$ monthly, bonus-hunting online casinos and thus, making living on it.
I'm personally not that bonus-hunter 'cos my job pays me enough, anyway I do make some little extra money from online.

    Good luck!
