G Money...I find that the strip is like a circus, that you have two walk blocks upon blocks, in the middle of about a billion people to get to the next attraction..not fun for me. On the other hand if you're going for serious gaming and not the family atmosphere, I recomend checking out the Fremont Street, (Downtown area)of couse that's just my personal opinion. |

I'm leaving for Vegas in a week and looking for an update about the Vegas playing conditions? What does the strip look like and what does downtown look like? |

Hey London, at least you have the satisfaction of knowing you're the one that knows what he's doing, huh? (I hope you win more than they do :) |

do any of you play using basic strategy and if so do you get complaints from other players who think that you are playing the game wrong. i find this happens a lot of the time when i pull a card on 16 when the dealer is showing a 7,8,9,10,A . |

Hi London. I read in a post below -way below due to this poor man fellow- that Midnite Gambler is going soon to a great tournament in Vegas. Maybe he wants to tell us about this experience. By the way: Today I made my way to the All Time High Scores List, and I am very very happy. Best regards from México city. |

can anyone tell me if they have played in any blackjack tournaments in vegas.i have read in a few books that most of the players are useless (just like over here in the uk)is it worth the trip as i am finding it hard to win any money at london casinos due to the players who are just out to enjoy a night out.ihave tried playing just against the dealer and then as soon as people see you doing well they jump in and ruin the game |

Babe, you asked why not double your 11, against the dealers Ace.
The dealer will bust less, when he has an Ace up, than any other card.

No Mike, there are no casinos in Mexico, yet. There is a project of a law which -hopefully- will be approved this year, but gambling is not legal yet.
That´s why I tried online gambling. There is a link in HoS links page to the site I dedicated to this subject. The URL is:

Feel free to visit. |

Good for you Trop. As they say: No need to change the pitcher if he is winning. Keep it up!!!! |

Hey Gato, I am not doubting that the game involves mathematic calculations: The fact is when I split two's I win most of the time. What I am trying to relay is that this just "works" for me. When I find out it doesn't any more I will stop doing it, but it has been working for me for at least 5 years. |
