Abel Great site, love the game, i reccomend reading Progression Blackjack for anyone who is serious about BJ, its a great resource, using progressive betting I have won almost 10,000 on hitorstand, the book is by Donald Dahl. How many times do i gotta win to get up on scores? 2002-06-14 23:58:15
arizonajak Just got crashed again on Ace five against the dealer three I doubled which is the correct move. Please try to up date your soft doubles. 2002-06-08 09:19:45
arizona jak Neil found a mistake I split two fours against a five.It crashed me? Please explain 2002-06-08 09:11:24
Coug Fan Paul: I'm no expert, but I believe that the basic concept is that two hands with an initial 8 are much better than a 16. This must overcome the negative of putting twice as much money out versus a strong dealer up-card. Also, interestingly enough, a dealer upcard of ten is stronger than a dealer upcard of ace except under ENHC rules since with an ace up, you know the dealer does not have a ten in the hole. If you want the math, I would suggest posting this question on BJ21.com or BJmath.com 2002-06-04 01:08:58
Paul Can anyone explain splitting 8's under any circumstance? How would I benefit if the dealer is showing and ace? 2002-06-01 00:58:45
Roger Our casino over here in sunny Scotland does not allow doubling on anything but 9,10,or 11. In HOS it appears that one can double on soft 18 if dealer shows 3 - 6, and with soft ace and less than 18 double if dealer shows 5 or 6! I am having a problem with these concepts !! 2002-05-31 10:57:42
yhsiws Just learning BJ after winning and losing in LV. Going back in a few months...questions: what is a "soft" mean, why is pit boss called when you double down on 12, and even when you lose points (on this game) for bad strategy, but still win, isn't it like a "push"...thanks!! 2002-05-22 16:03:38
Neil harriet: I have not heard any other reports like that. You say the browser window scrolls up or down when you try to click on a button. I would guess it's an issue with your browser or computer. Has anyone else experienced this? 2002-05-20 08:18:07
Neil BJ Vinnie: Hit or Stand does not incorporate 3 card strategy, only strategy from the 2 card tables. I didn't want to overcomplicate it and further confuse players. What do you think? 2002-05-20 04:34:12
harriet everytime, you move to stand split double hit, it always falls to the bottom, where it says small med large, it always messes the game up, when you push it back, it go's all the way up, or al the way down. 2002-05-18 19:49:46
BJ Vinnie Basic strategy for 3 card soft 18, i.e. A,2,5 is to HIT not stand. The trick is to add the 2 and 5 for 7, then use A,7 vs. 3. You should hit this. YOu only stand on A,8 and A,9. 2002-05-13 22:12:28
ratfink what's the best blackjack software out there? thanks, ratfink 2002-05-12 21:18:48
Gonrem777 Wich method is used by shufflemaster machines to mix the cards? 2002-05-05 19:43:11
rs is there any chance that you will be changing your blackjack trainer to uk rules in the near future 2002-05-02 12:12:48
kbarkid I love your site, but found one small error in the game. Basic strategy for 3-card soft 18 (ex. A,2,5) is to stand v. 2-8, hit v. 9,10,A. The game penalized me for standing A,2,5 v. 3. Thanks. 2002-05-02 09:44:54
kbarkid best trainer i've found on the web. thanks for the good work, surrender would be good option 2002-04-29 17:13:26
